The INFUSE 8-inch Granite Molcajete Mortar & Pestle Set brings an ancient Aztec tradition to the modern kitchen
The molcajete has been used for centuries to grind herbs and spices and draw out food's natural flavors and aromas — a method preferred by chefs as the best way to blend ingredients, delivering a more authentic and delicious taste than chopping alone.
Crafted from solid granite, the rough stone texture provides ideal friction for grinding chiles, spices, grains, and whole herbs
It is perfectly sized for making fresh guacamole, salsas, and spice pastes, and the substantial weight keeps it stable during use
The molcajete is large enough to serve directly from for entertaining
Unlike smooth-surfaced alternatives, this granite set improves with age and seasoning, making it a long-lasting addition to any kitchen.
The set includes the 8-inch granite mortar (molcajete) and a matching granite pestle
